Kambaku Safari Lodge does not charge a single supplement rate.

Please note children 12 years and under pay 50% of the rack rate when sharing with parents or being accommodated in a family suite. . Children under 4 years will not be allowed on game drives. 

Private Game Drive Vehicles are available on request at an extra cost enquiries can be done through reservations.

Tariffs are:  

•  Quoted on a per person per night sharing
•  Subject to availability;
•  Subject to change without any prior notice.
•  Rates are quoted in South African Rands

Tariffs are Inclusive of:

•  Luxury accommodation;
•  An early morning and afternoon/evening game drive in an open 4x4 game viewing  vehicle; 
•  Breakfast, lunch and dinner;
•  Unlimited teas and coffees.
•  Inclusive of 14% VAT

Tariffs are Exclusive of:

•  All Bar and Game Drive Beverages
•  Curios shop items
•  Timbavati entrance fee – Once off conservation fee of R150 per person and R120 vehicle fee. These rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•  Road and air transfers to and from the lodge (available on request).

Deposit:

•  A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation booking is required to confirm all direct reservations
•  Full prepayment is required to confirm bookings 30 days prior to arrival.
•  Any deposit or pre-payment refunds will be granted at management’s discretion;

Cancellation Policy:

•  Upon confirmation of booking: 25% of full amount
•  Three weeks before arrival: 50% of full amount
•  Two weeks before arrival: 75% of full amount
•  One week or less: 100% of full amount
•  Please note a 10% Admin charge will be levied on credit card and bank transfer refunds due to cancellations.

Payment Options

•  Credit card payments may be transacted telephonically. Contact reservations for a credit card transaction form.
•  There is a 2.5% surcharge on all credit card payments.
•  Direct bank deposit.  There is a bank charge of R125 for all international direct bank deposits.
